• Premium Subscription ($9.99/month): AI mentor chat, unlimited PDFs, personalized insights

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services

Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Do not share false or misleading information in assessments
• Do not use the AI chat feature for inappropriate content
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our assessment algorithms

4. Payment Terms

PDF Reports

• One-time payment of $9.99 per report
• Lifetime access to purchased reports
• No refunds after report generation and download

Premium Subscriptions

• Monthly subscription of $9.99, billed automatically
• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• No refunds for partial months
• Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

• The CareerFrank platform, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Mandeville Digital Ltd
• Assessment algorithms and scoring methodologies are proprietary
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

Your Content

• You retain ownership of your assessment responses and personal data
• You grant us license to use your data to provide our services
• Anonymized insights may be used to improve our platform and create public content

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Limitations

• We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or job placement
• Assessment results are based on self-reported information
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or applicable
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandeville Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CareerFrank.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease, but you will retain access to any purchased PDF reports.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
